The events of this game take place several years after Elk and Arc faced their ultimate enemy in "Arc the Lad II". You control Alec, a teenager whose entire village was destroyed by an unknown evil - an event that was later called "The Great Disaster". He was saved by a mysterious Hunter. Since then, growing peacefully in a village he was brought to, which was like a new home for the survivors of the Great Disaster, Alec dreams about meeting the Hunter again, and becoming a Hunter himself. Together with his best friend Lutz he tries his luck in nearby towns, receiving small Hunter jobs, until the fate crosses the ways of the two young people with a mysterious organization called the Academy. And there their adventure really begins... The gameplay of this third installment of Arc the Lad series is very similar to that of the predecessor. You fight enemies in turn-based battles, and can move freely on the battlefield, positioning your party members the way you like. You can upgrade your weapons by forging them with special materials, and have a variety of techniques and magic spells at your disposal.

Magical Drop F - Daibouken Mo Rakujyanai! is the fourth main Magical Drop game. It was released exclusively for the Sony PlayStation on October 21, 1999. Magical Drop F includes character-specific items that have various effects when activated.

Dezaemon Kids! is a title in the Dezaemon series that allows players to create their own shoot-'em-up games. The players can design levels and enemies by themselves or choose from a number of presets, as well as compose musical themes for the levels. The game has a simplified colorful interface which makes it targeted for younger audience. It also boasts fully-voiced tutorial, a large amount of sample data, a horizontal scroll option, and 2-player simultaneous play option. The second game disc contains 102 sample games created in Dezaemon Plus.

Rapid Angel is a mix of 2D platformer and beat-'em-up, so the players will explore the levels fighting enemies, collecting power-ups and avoiding traps. While basic moves are the same for all characters (running, double-jumping, using bombs etc.), each girl has her unique fighting style with Natsumi and Ayane relying on physical attacks and Haruna using mostly distance-type magic attacks. Particular fragments of levels and story sequences are different depending on the character chosen by the player. Two more characters are unlocked after beating the game. In 2-player mode the second player controls an angel-thing that follows the first player's character aiding him along the way.

A puzzle game created in 1997 by Japanese game for the Neo Geo MVS arcade system and ported to the Game Boy and the PlayStation that same year.

This direct sequel to "Arc the Lad" continues the unfinished story of the first game, but starts from a totally different perspective. You control a bounty-hunter named Elk, who suffers from amnesia. On his quest for his own true identity he discovers the powers hidden within him, and the destiny of his entire tribe. While pursuing his archenemy, Elk meets up with Arc, the hero of the first game, and then both realize they have been looking to destroy the very same evil. The battle system of "Arc the Lad II" is similar to the one used in its predecessor: in battles you can move your characters on the battle field, and your proximity to the enemies plays an important role. You cause and take different amounts of damage depending on your position on the battle field. Unlike the first game, this one is a full-fledged adventure/RPG, without the "strategy" feel of the predecessor. You move through the game world on your own, visiting towns and exploring dungeons.

Sonic Wings Special is a 1996 vertical-scrolling shoot 'em up that combines the features in Sonic Wings, Sonic Wings 2, and Sonic Wings 3. It was ported to arcade as Sonic Wings Limited. The home console version adds new characters and endings, new bosses, updated graphics and unlockable planes. There are also Time Attack and 2-player modes. The game uses a branching stage system, so it is impossible to see all levels in one sitting. There is a total of 14 playable characters and many different endings (some of which are reused from previous games in the series). Overall the game has a comic feel. As of Summer 2012, the Android version of Sonic Wings Special has only 4 playable characters with 4 endings and 9 stages. However, the publisher is planning to add further elements of the original version.

Blockids for PlayStation is a 3D take on the arcade classic Breakout. Players choose one of eight animated characters and prepare to compete against an assortment of colorful opponents whose fortresses must be breached. The object is to break a series of bricks by smashing a ricocheting ball into them using a horizontal paddle. The default view is presented from an angled top-down perspective, but players can switch to a perspective right behind the paddle for a more 3D feel. New twists on the classic gameplay include the ability to bounce the ball over barriers as well as earn a special power-up by scoring a certain number of points.

Hyper Crazy Climber, a PlayStation game based on Nichibutsu's cult classic Crazy Climber, melds the climbing play mechanic of its arcade ancestor with the trappings of Mario-era 2D adventure titles. At the beginning of the game, players choose one of three characters: a human boy or girl, or an insect-like climber. Each has different levels of climbing speed and endurance (which measures how many hits they can take from falling objects before losing their grip). The basic gameplay of climbing structures is the same, though Hyper Crazy Climber has numerous different settings, including an abandoned clock tower, a misty mountain, and even a giant beanstalk, all rendered with some excellent foreground and background graphics. All of these structures have convenient grids on them, analogous to the windows of the original Crazy Climber. Hyper Crazy Climber doesn't offer much of a chance to stop and drink in that nicely drawn scenery, though there are many new dangers, ranging from the original game's nuisance of people throwing objects, to deadly avalanches of large boulders which can dislodge the climber with a single hit. The object of the game is to survive these various levels and settings to reach the final level with its prerequisite boss showdown. The original Crazy Climber is also included with the new version.

"THE FIREMEN 2 Pete & Danny" is an action adventure game. Play as fireman Pete or Danny to put out roaring fire, save lives and clear missions.

Chou Aniki: Kyuukyoku Muteki Ginga Saikyou Otoko was released for the PlayStation the same year as the previous two titles. This game features digitized sprites instead of the hand-drawn anime-style art from the other titles. It was released for the Sega Saturn three months later and the PlayStation Network in Japan in 2009. The subtitle of this game loosely translates to "The Ultimate, Most Strongest Man in the Milky Way" or "The Ultimate, Invincible, Most Galactically Powerful Man." The game is based on the engine of the first Cho Aniki. Idaten and Benten are again the main two characters. The game is often derided as having the worst play mechanics in the series. Even some of the most fervent fans of Cho Aniki claim that the campy fun is inhibited by poor control and impossible difficulty. Koji Hayama returned to score a few songs for the soundtrack, along with Don McCow, Taku Iwasaki and Sanae Kasahara.

Select between a group of 11 fighters and clash against each other using your specific moves and attacks. Additionally, each character fights with his own unique weapon, but depending on how much you block your weapon can break and you must finish the fight barehanded and using a different moveset and generally faster (but less powerful) attacks.
