Game developed by RedLynx for Nokia N-Gage service.

The player has the ability to freely move horizontally and vertically (with a few exceptions on some platform-like levels in Space Impact Plus) but can not increase the speed of the screen's auto-scrolling feature. Powerups can be picked up while going through the levels (such as missiles, bombs, and energy beams) and the player can use them when the regular projectiles are of little effect against the enemy. As each level is played, various enemy ships confront the player, some of them following strict paths, others following the ship itself and others shooting it (with the latest games the player can encounter sub-bosses midway through the level too). After losing all lives, the player is awarded a score and depending on how many enemies killed, how many powerups picked and how many levels the player passed, that score can be placed on the Top Scores page in the game's menu.

Graphically it's not as richly detailed as arcade or console versions, as backgrounds lack animation, sprites in this version are much smaller as well as there are black bars on top and bottom of the screen to make game screen look wider. Among the game modes there are practice, survival, story and a battle which is a versus mode played via Bluetooth. Story lets you play through the ladder ending with a boss with three of your chosen brawlers. In tradition of King of Fighters, you don't go in a fight alone, but choose several characters, where after defeat of one another goes into the arena. The opposite party also got several brawlers at hand. And by pressing a button you can summon your backing character to help you a little bit mid-fight. Every character has their own martial style and set of special moves. There's also a "max" move, where one first needs to fill up a meter, scoring hits to use it, that's in turn lets you unleash a series of powerful attacks. The list of key combos could be handily summoned at any time by pressing pause, as well as controls could be redefined even in the heat of battle. All of the basic moves could be accessed by pressing assigned buttons due to N-Gage twelve-key phone keyboard.

In a pitched battle, Shaman uses most of his power to decimate much of the demon army and fools Dalu into fleeing briefly. However, the old man realizes his weakened state won't stand up to another assault once Dalu returns from Hell. Shaman tells the fairy accompanying him (Gigi) to choose and revive a recently killed corpse that can fight against Dalu's minions and eventually gain enough power to defeat Dalu. After the introductory cinema, the player can choose to revive either a male (Troy) or female (Linda) who will take on enemies in different (and increasingly tougher) levels as the game progresses.
