Your Complaint Has Been Received is a story-driven adventure about everyday life in municipal maintenance.
You have become the head of an office where things spiraled out of control long ago.
Now you must decide whether anything will change or everything will drown in bureaucracy and sewage.
Your first day on the job
A pipe is leaking, residents are waiting for water, and there is a huge number of complaints on your work computer.
It's unclear what to tackle first... or whether to tackle anything at all...
Relationships with your coworkers
Finding solutions and compromises with people for whom work stopped being a good thing a long time ago.
One problem - several solutions
