VitalCore Hospital is an early-alpha hospital-management simulation about building a clinic, leading staff, and making clinical decisions that shape patient care.

Patients arrive with names, medical histories, allergies, medications, and changing needs. Triage them, examine them, order tests, review results, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, and manage follow-up care.

Build and operate your hospital

Design and expand your hospital with reception, exam rooms, wards, laboratories, pharmacies, and other clinical spaces. Balance construction, staffing, supplies, patient flow, and day-to-day operations.

Lead the team

Hire and coordinate doctors, nurses, receptionists, technicians, and other staff as patients move through the hospital. Keep rooms supplied and operational while responding to changing demand and emergencies.

Make decisions from the record

Review patient charts, vital signs, laboratory results, medications, allergies, diagnoses, treatments, and visit history. Key clinical actions and patient history are recorded so you can follow each case through the hospital.

Grow from a neighborhood clinic

Start small, improve your campus, unlock new departments, and build toward a larger healthcare system. Your choices affect capacity, workflow, and the experience of patients and staff.

Early alpha — active development

VitalCore is in active development. Current systems and content are still being expanded and refined. Planned roadmap features include:

• Disease outbreaks, natural disasters, multi-vehicle accidents, and seasonal illnesses

• Staff relationships, burnout, pay-raise requests, and vacations

• Hospital accreditations and additional long-term progression

• Maintenance departments and family waiting areas
