Description
About This Game
Typical NPC is a narrative management game about the other side of a fantasy RPG. You are not the chosen one. You are the exhausted shopkeeper who keeps the city armed while impatient heroes stomp mud through the doorway, demand relics on a budget, and leave your counter one hit away from collapse.
Manage your cash, stress, reputation, and shop condition across a branching campaign full of customers, emergencies, rival merchants, shady suppliers, and bad financial decisions that somehow still feel necessary. Decide when to bluff, when to sell honestly, when to help the city, and when to think about your own future for once.
Features:
- Narrative shopkeeping in a dirty fantasy world
- Branching events, customer archetypes, and endings
- Resource management with money, stress, reputation, and repairs
- Dark humor, reactive dialogue, and escalating late-game pressure
- A complete story about surviving the apocalypse as background labor
