Description
Your friend says they know the answer. Put some points on it.
Trivia Mayhem brings up to eight players together online for a trivia night with something to lose. Answer questions, defend your score, and turn a friend's bad guess into your next big steal. When the Fake Answer Round arrives, a convincing lie can be worth points too.
Steal the Points: Everyone gets a turn in the spotlight. Get your question right to defend your score and earn a bonus. Miss it, and everyone else gets a chance to answer the same question and steal from you.
Double or Nothing: Keep your winnings or stake points on a harder question. The safe choice is right there. So is the tempting one.
Bet on Another Player: Back a friend to get the answer right, or wager that they won't. See how well you really know the room.
Fake Answer Round: Write a believable wrong answer, then pick the truth from a list of fakes. Earn points for knowing the answer and for fooling your friends.
Choose which twists appear and how often they interrupt the match, or switch them off for straight trivia.
Play with thousands of questions across 27 topics, from science and history to games, television, books, and childhood favourites. Use the full library, build a custom topic mix, or let Random Five choose your subjects before you start.
Pick Everyday Trivia, Casual, Standard, or Hard, then set the question count and timer to suit your group.
Steam friends: Create a private lobby, invite friends from inside the game, and play with up to eight contestants.
Local multiplayer: Two to four people can share a keyboard on one computer, with bots available to fill out the match.
Solo play: Practise on your own or compete against bots with adjustable skill.
Finish with a winner's spotlight, a podium, and one more reason to call for a rematch.
I plan to add Steam Workshop support in a future update, allowing you to create and share custom question banks. Build quizzes around your favourite subjects, challenge friends with your own questions, and explore community creations for limitless trivia possibilities. This feature is not available yet.
Online multiplayer requires an internet connection, a Steam account, and a copy of the game for each player. Local multiplayer uses a shared keyboard and screen. Interface and question content are available in English, Spanish (Spain), Brazilian Portuguese, Russian and Simplified Chinese.
