Description
The Long Mine combines physics-based mining with incremental progression. Carve your own path into new areas, but the deeper you go, the harder it becomes to keep pushing.
Eventually, you'll need to upgrade, restart the mine, and wake up the next morning stronger than before.
There's just one problem: every time you sleep, the mine regenerates.
Choose equipment that changes how you approach the mine. Some pieces simply improve your stats, while others unlock new actions or alter how you move, mine, and explore.
Your equipment space is limited, so you can't equip everything at once. Pick what matters, combine effects that work together, and expand your loadout as you progress.
Find or buy essence and curse stones, then use them to roll random Curses onto each stone.
Some Curses make you stronger, while others come with drawbacks or change how you approach the mine. You can choose which cursed stones to equip, letting you build around the effects you want instead of being forced to accept every roll.
The roll is random. The choice of what to equip is yours.
Every new area has its own layout, obstacles, and ways of getting through it.
You might carefully descend using a rope, search for a safer route, or just yeet yourself down the slope and hope for the best.
The deeper you go, the darker, quieter, and more isolated the mine becomes, leaving you to wonder whether the developer actually put something down there.
Miners say there is something deep beneath the island.
They hear sounds that don't seem natural. They find signs that someone has already been there. Some even swear they saw something moving in the dark.
The deeper you descend, the harder it becomes to believe the mine is empty.
