Description
About This Game
Take to the skies in Sopwith, a faithful reimagining of the legendary 1984 DOS classic that defined a generation of PC gaming.
Pilot your WWI biplane across a scrolling battlefield, dodging enemy fire, strafing ground targets, and dropping bombs on factories, tanks, and fuel depots. Manage your fuel, ammunition, and bombs carefully — every sortie counts. Pull off daring loops and stalls, master your flaps, and push your engine to the limit as you fight for air superiority.
Originally created by David L. Clark in 1984, Sopwith became one of the most beloved shareware games of the DOS era. This Unity remake preserves the tight, responsive gameplay of the original while bringing it to modern systems with Steam multiplayer support.
Easy to pick up, tough to master. Can you clear all eight levels?
