Description
This limited public testing build has a single technical goal: to validate our strict hardware filtering system (keeping Keyboard and Controller inputs completely isolated) and the physics stability of our grid under racing conditions.
Mechanics such as pit stop strategy, fuel management, tyre thermal emulation, and physical tyre degradation are fully operational in this build for final calibration.
Access is limited. If you are looking for a casual arcade game where you win by crashing, do not request entry. If you are seeking a precise digital or analog driving challenge on the go, the asphalt is open.
THE STRATEGIC COMPETITION YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR
Tired of shallow arcade racing games where players win by ramming rivals or cutting corners?
SIM SPORTS RACING was built to fill the void for PC drivers who demand the rigor of a real race weekend using exclusively a controller or a keyboard. This is a closed Competition Club where raw driving talent and strategy dictate your standing. Experience advanced analog physics, tyre wear management, strategic pit stops, and built-in hardware anti-cheat regulations. Here, you don't just race against the clock; you train to compete against the actual racing lines of the club’s top drivers.
Our code strictly separates the leaderboards by hardware input threads to guarantee absolute sporting fairness from the very first frame:
Digital Category (Keyboard): Smooth, direct, and precise driving. The system interprets digital input to reward perfect racing lines and slipstreaming, completely blocking any controller signals.
Analog Category (Controller / Steam Deck): Absolute optimization for thumbsticks and triggers, allowing millimetric weight transfer management at the grip limit. Coded down to the byte to ensure maximum fluidity at a stable 230+ FPS on Steam Deck under Linux/Proton.
Our Artificial Intelligence operates under real motorsport regulations thanks to its peripheral vision and dynamic Bounding Box system:
Clean Overtaking: Rivals calculate side-by-side evasive maneuvers. If you legally win the apex of a corner, they will lift off the throttle and grant you the mandatory racing room.
Heavy Impact Sensor: Our physical sensor detects collisions. If you ram your way to an unfair advantage exceeding permitted thresholds, the system will enforce a visual 10-second time penalty on the final classification. Collisions ruin your sporting reputation.
Name on the Asphalt: If you secure a master racing line record on the server, your name will be dynamically rendered onto the track's billboards so the entire club knows who holds the sector record.
Stewards' Notice: Server connection features are currently undergoing technical certification during this Playtest and will officially open in the near future.
Our revolution lies within the infrastructure. The game connects directly to our centralized server bunker to manage global competition without relying on empty multiplayer lobbies:
On-Demand Dynamic Grids: Upon entering a race, the server injects 7 AI rivals: one that replicates the exact telemetry and racing line of a real player from your same licence level, alongside organic traffic regulated by our factory difficulty settings.
The Ultimate Attempt (Real Tension): Drivers get 3 official weekly attempts per track to sign their accumulated time. Our sector transaction system detects fraud: if you force-close the game mid-race to restart, the server burns your attempt and applies the corresponding penalty.
Official Driver Licence: Your driver level and historical milestones are immutably recorded in your Official Profile on the server, ensuring fair and balanced matchmaking.
