You are a Field Containment Operator at
Checkpoint Voss, the last forward ops base still running. Seat hardpoints on a surveyed site, aim their firing cones, and hold while the tide walks into them.

Every host is its own body in a GPU physics simulation. They shove each other, pile against the ones in front, wedge into the corners of a corridor and pour through the second a gap opens. Density is the problem. Firepower is your solution.

Hardpoints from the SMG up to the Cannon hold the line. The Control Tower opens the specialist kit: Crushers, Incinerators, Acid Pits, Shock Traps and Chillers. Mind the mix: Incinerator flames thaw a Chiller's frost.

The Containment Well drags the tide into one knot and squeezes it tight before it lets go. With more than one tool at your disposal, the fun never ends.

Survey 1 is not a first-try clear. Lose, take the Gold anyway, and file it into the Weapons Program: 143 research seats across a hand-authored 10-site career. Come back heavier until nothing is left walking.

The Archive is the full site editor. Paint the path, place the mouths, press TEST and watch the tide walk it. Publish your sites to the Steam Workshop, and subscribe to other operators' beside your own.

Rebind every control on keyboard, mouse or gamepad. Pick the color the whole operation runs in and set each piece on its own if you want: Incinerator fire, Shock Trap bolts, Chiller frost, acid, the tech tree, even the gates.

One official site every month, growing across four maps over 12 rounds. Same starting kit and wave table for everyone, a reward card between rounds, no career research carried in. Score is rounds held and infected culled, ranked on that month's Steam leaderboard. Build your own in the Archive and share it on the Workshop.
Built in Godot. The horde runs on GPU compute — a Vulkan-capable GPU with compute support is required.
