About This Game
Welcome to Shelf's mysterious library!
In this narrative RPG you will control Wasly, a kid with big glasses and even bigger onion-like wool hat, who entered the library to find shelter during a storm and got trapped in it; the door just won't open, no matter how hard they try.
Now you have to help them find a way to get out, there has to be another door around... How big could this place be?
(Warning: it could be not as easy and fast as it may seem)
Different narrative genres picked for every chapter, spacing through fantasy, noir, space country... (!!!)
A longer, deeper, more intimate story told combining all the settings and tales of the five chapters
Creative, detailed visuals cured in all their elements
Full frame-by-frame hand drawn 2D animation
Characters with a strong identity and personal behaviors
Artistic designs and environments to please the eyes
Words are very important, not only for routes but also for gameplay mechanics
Original gameplay ideas both for the exploration and the fight sections
Multiple routes & endings
Possibility to manipulate and interact with the environment
Making YOUR choices count in the unfolding of the story
Come discover the funny life of the villagers of St. Fanya, a medieval town where all the residents are kids! (But... How did we get here?)
Medieval fantasy setting but with a comic childish twist
Kids' rebellion plans against the Dread Knight, the ruler of this place
Giant marshallows as pets
Very strong personalities
You may or may not meet the Alchemist of the Impossible (we don't know where he is)
A storytelling focused on telling multiple stories revolving around different ways to accept or refuse hidden truths
Lots of bad puns
Rhubarb
