Description
You are not picking from a menu. You are running a rugby club.
Rugby Head Coach is a management simulation built around a match engine
where all thirty players read the game and decide for themselves; where
to fold, when to commit to the breakdown, whether the space outside is
worth the pass. Nothing is scripted. Set your shape, name your side, and
watch what your decisions actually produce.
THE MATCH
Every phase plays out live on the pitch. Watch the whole match, skip to
the key moments, or jump to the final whistle. Your assistant reads the
game from the dugout. Live stats, momentum, territory and possession
update as the match turns.
THE SQUAD
Over three thousand players across six professional leagues, each with
their own ability, potential, temperament and price. Scout them, sign
them, develop them, and decide who is worth a new contract and who has
had their last season.
THE CLUB
Answer to a board with expectations and a budget. Run training against
injury risk. Bring players through the academy. Handle the dressing room,
the press and the medical table. A season is long and the club has a
memory.
