Real chess. Rule-breaking spells.

Capture a piece. Draw a card. Give your opponent a new problem.

Rookspell puts a hand of spells into a familiar game of chess. Read the board, plan your move, and hold the right card for the right moment.

A wall of fire divides the chessboard while green Slime covers nearby squares.

Make the board misbehave.

Ignite an entire file with Firewall. Swap adjacent allies with Sidestep. Bring a fallen piece back with Resurrection. Cast a spell before your chess move and turn a new possibility into a better position.

Discover 66 built-in spells across five rarities. Earn gold in matches to permanently unlock ten of those spells for your reward pool.
