About the Game

Your property

Build your property or purchase a used one. A property can consist of various types of rooms, including lobbies, staff, public spaces, hotels, restaurants, and more. Remember that a used property can have hidden issues, and it's up to you to fix them.

Challenges

Special guests, surprise inspections, last-minute openings, and other challenges! Are you ready for them?

Manage your staff

Find the perfect team to manage your property by checking the job section of the newspaper. Hiring the right people sets you up for success in managing your property and providing a positive experience for guests.

Keep your property in the spotlight

Attract more visitors by improving your property's visibility. One effective strategy is to buy advertisements in various media outlets to showcase your property's features and amenities to a wider audience.

Stay ahead of troubles

Minor issues can turn into big problems if left unchecked. Keep an eye out for broken or damaged items and proactively manage small troubles before they become more significant problems. This will save you time, money, and stress in the long run.

Finances

Take control of your financial future - collect rates, manage expenses, take loans, invest in other companies, or give back by donating.

P.S. Have fun and play it your way!
