Description

Every fifth quota, a boss is waiting for you. Each one changes the rules, rebuilds your board, talks back and cheats in his very own way.
House Edge – a croupier who has lost his mind. He spins your whole board like a roulette wheel and forces you into bets the house loves to win.
Dealer Break – a Scottish dwarf with too many aces up his sleeve. He deals blackjack right onto your pegs, runs a shell game and makes pegs simply vanish.
Polaris – an ancient and painfully polite frost druid. He freezes your board, stretches ice walls into constellations and sends icicles crashing down from the sky.
Short Shift – a foreman who has no time for your excuses. He turns your pegs into a conveyor belt, demands piecework and sends in quality control.
The House – the owner himself, behind a golden mask. The final boss has a body, and the quota is his life: hit him, break his shield and catch his weak spot.
Every boss has his own face, his own voice and his own music. Beat one and you get a card pack, extra tickets and his trophy.
The full game has 10 casino bosses waiting for you – and The House at the very end. Meet the first five right now in the free demo.
Drop the coin, pull the launcher — and watch your board turn into a living fireworks show of hand-drawn neon effects. Pin a Million is a pachinko roguelite for players who don't just want the ball to fall through, but want to actively rebuild, combine, and blow up their own board.
Over 30 base pegs — from magnets to fireballs to three-hit miniboss golems — can be permanently fused together. Fire + Fan becomes a spinning inferno vortex; Blackhole + Bomb becomes a supernova that clears the board. In total, 41 unique fusions across 3 tiers are waiting to be discovered — all the way up to absurd Tier-3 legendaries like GOD MODE or Galaxy Brain. Every fusion has its own hand-drawn look — no sprite sheets, everything rendered live.
Rain soaks your pegs and weighs your ball down, thunderstorms send lightning across the field, wind pushes your ball off course. Layered on top is a day/night cycle with eight moon phases: at full moon, gravity pegs go into overdrive; at new moon, peg power drops but your score skyrockets. Some fusions only react at certain times of day — who knows what's waiting at dawn?
Your cabinet fits in your pocket. Pin a Million was optimized for Steam Deck from day one: just launch and play, no fiddling with settings. The full neon fireworks show, silky smooth, with tailored controls. Couch, train, lunch break: your next quota is waiting wherever you are.
Streamers, take note: connect your channel, and your chat can jump straight into the action with !gravity, !fireball, !multiball, !freeze, !earthquake and more — each command has its own configurable limits, so it stays chaotic but fair.
Every run is a race against the quota: hit the score target before you run out of rounds, earn tickets, and pour them into a persistent skill tree with dozens of meta-upgrades. New peg types, stronger fusions, bonus effects — your next run never starts from zero.
The board occasionally transforms into a Pac-Man, Space Invaders, or Breakout minigame, the Wheel of Fortune spins for huge bonuses, and on the edge of the drain, a roll of the dice decides whether your ball lives or dies.
