Description
On My Watch is a first-person psychological horror game about an overnight hospital security shift that slowly comes apart.
Check the cameras. Make your rounds. Get to know the staff and patients still awake. Across the street, the convenience store is open late, and a quick stop can turn into a conversation you weren't expecting.
Then the little things start to bother you. A sound from an empty room. Something on a camera that wasn't there before. Someone who seems to know more about you than they should.
The hospital is full of people trying to get through their own night. Some are kind, some are exhausted, and some really don't want to talk. Take a minute to listen. There are awkward jokes, strange encounters, and moments of warmth before things get worse.
Patient files, staff handoffs, and optional conversations hold pieces of a larger story. Explore beyond your rounds and follow what catches your attention. What you uncover, and what you choose to do with it, leads to three different endings.
Grainy VHS visuals, rain-soaked streets, and the hum of a hospital after hours set the mood. Headphones recommended.
