You are Miyazaki Sō, a man out of time. A citizen of the cyberpunk Neon Nation, you awaken in 1990s Tokyo and join the Shinjuku Precinct as a detective. When a kidnapping case forces you to take your reckless superior, Kurokawa Sakura, hostage—not with a gun, but with a secret that could destroy her career—you strike a deal that will change everything.
From that moment, you walk a razor's edge. Leverage Kurokawa's connections to solve cases, rise through the ranks, and pursue Hashiguchi Yoshio—the man who destroyed your family. But in the neon-lit underworld of Okubo, every favor comes with a price, and every ally has a hidden agenda.
