About This Game
Next Player is a focused and tense first-person psychological horror experience that lasts around 30 minutes.
The year is 2001. In your hands is a mysterious prototype cartridge with only “Next Player” written on it. When you insert the cartridge into an old console and start playing it on a CRT TV, everything seems like an ordinary game at first. But as you progress, you begin to realize that the pixels on the screen are not staying on the screen. The game begins to distort the walls of your room and the reality around you.
Trapped in a single claustrophobic room, sitting in front of the console, experience the world around you slowly turning into a nightmare.
Don’t just watch the screen. Listen to the room. Because the game is not only being played on the TV.
