A first-person psychological horror game about escaping a seemingly endless tunnel where something is always watching from the darkness.
Overview
A first-person psychological horror game about escaping a seemingly endless tunnel where something is always watching from the darkness.
Description
You wake up with no memory, trapped inside an endless, pitch-black tunnel. There is no weapon, no way to fight back — only a fading flashlight and whatever you can scavenge along the way. Something moves in the dark ahead of you, and you are not supposed to see it.
NEVER TURN BACK is a slow-burn psychological horror experience built entirely around proximity, sound, and helplessness. A presence stalks you through the tunnel — hands reaching from the walls, a single eye watching from the shadows, a shape that appears and vanishes at the edge of your light. One glimpse too many, and it's over.
Best played alone, in the dark, with headphones on.
Features
A first-person psychological horror experience with no combat and no way to fight back
Proximity-based scares — hands, eyes, and a stalking shadow react to how close the danger gets
Full 3D spatial audio: hear footsteps, breathing, and movement before you see anything
Manage hunger, thirst, and a failing flashlight battery while searching for a way out
One mistake ends the run — permanent vulnerability keeps every step tense
A tunnel that grows darker and more disturbing the deeper you go
Achievements that reward exploration, survival, and the choices you make along the way
More than the tunnel
The tunnel is only the beginning. NEVER TURN BACK is being built as an expanding horror experience — new environments, new threats, and new mysteries are planned beyond this first
