Maria Moore

Born into poverty and thrust into aristocratic life through marriage, Maria never belonged in the world she was forced into. Independent, strong-willed, and unwilling to conform, she dreamt of freedom, travel, art, a life beyond expectation.

Those dreams died the night she was taken.

Now imprisoned within Mawgate Asylum, stripped of control and branded insane, Maria must rely on her resolve to survive. Claustrophobic, isolated, and hunted, she is determined to escape and uncover what became of her husband.
