Last Inspection

Your new duty is to inspect properties before move-in. It does not matter what waits inside — all responsibility will rest on your shoulders alone. Do the job well, and there is a good chance this inspection will not be your last...

Carry out the work according to the regulations!

You took out a large sum of money, and the contract is already signed.
You probably can refuse — but then everything you care about will come to an end.
So there is only one thing left: work off those nine cursed days.

Work demands attention.

Inspect apartments and record violations. That is your responsibility.
Look for dirt, damage, traces — everything that should not and cannot be there.

Everything must be noted, and every mistake and missed detail costs money.

Not all apartments are the same.

Here, everything may work differently than it should: sounds, visual distortions, object behavior, and in rare cases, even space itself may try to deceive you.

Can you even trust your own eyes?

There is someone else here.

You are far from the only one who may be in these rooms.
However, it seems you are the only human among all these creatures.
But with time, it becomes clear: they are only a small part of the problem.

The company knows more than it says.

The job begins to change, becoming less and less like ordinary real estate work.
At the same time, another story unfolds — about those above, who do not care about your life.

Features:

Psychological horror simulator focused on workplace routine.
Random anomalies in every playthrough.
Tools to help detect violations: EMF, UV flashlight, thermometer.
Creatures with different behaviors and roles.
Increasing difficulty — the further you go, the more you must account for to complete the job successfully.
Multiple endings depending on the player’s actions.
Two connected storylines.
Endless mode for those ready to identify anomalies over and over again.

The only thing that matters is doing the job.
And no questions...
