ENTER THE WORLD OF QINGHE
Jin Ping Mei: Qinghe Reverie is a historical life-simulation and narrative management RPG set in Qinghe County during the Northern Song dynasty. Take the role of Ximen Qing and shape a life among merchants, officials, household members, servants and ordinary townspeople.
MANAGE YOUR HOUSEHOLD AND BUSINESSES
Operate businesses, appoint managers, adjust prices, manage stock and develop your family estate. Wealth can open doors, but every investment consumes time, money and attention. A prosperous household also brings greater responsibilities and new risks.
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
The people of Qinghe have their own schedules, desires, loyalties, secrets and conflicts. Friendship, affection, reputation, favors and resentment may change how they treat you—and how they treat one another when you are not present.
GATHER RUMORS AND EVIDENCE
Information does not arrive automatically. Talk to people, send servants to investigate, collect rumors and uncover evidence. What you know—and what you only think you know—can alter the course of disputes, investigations and personal relationships.
SET SCHEMES IN MOTION
Use your connections, resources and knowledge to arrange plans involving other characters. Choose the right people, timing and approach, then face the consequences when circumstances change or someone acts against your expectations.
LIVE WITH TIME AND CONSEQUENCES
Every journey, conversation and action takes time. Characters continue their lives according to their own circumstances. Health, illness, aging, family, birth and death gradually reshape the world around you.
CREATE YOUR OWN QINGHE STORY
Follow multiple narrative routes, pursue different ambitions and reach a variety of endings. Build a flourishing household, seek status and influence, protect the people important to you—or watch a seemingly small choice lead your life in an entirely different direction.
