Description
This game is an experimental 3D physics sandbox. The main feature of the game are the humanoid NPCs, which use cutting edge machine learning techniques to learn human behaviors such as standing upright, walking, dancing, and anything that is physically plausibly for a human to do.
Since they're fully physically simulated, they react naturally to physical forces such as slippery ice, treadmills, gravity, and other obstacles. They do not rely on canned animations, meaning every one of their steps and movements is unique. This also means their muscle control can be influenced by being stunned, electrified, or shot. The humanoids can also be controlled manually like in traditional games (with WASD keys / left stick).
The game also features breakable objects (stone, glass, wood) with a focus on procedural, dynamic destruction.
The sandbox features a ton of different toys to play around with: telekinesis, wind blasts, tethers (that create real joints between objects), a air/water beam with a lightweight fluid sim, vehicles, a baseball bat with dynamic mouse controlled swinging, guns, and many more.
There are several levels and minigames planned as well. The goal is to eventually turn this into a Happy Wheels esque sandbox and allow users to create and play levels that are only possible with real physics based humans.
