Description
About This Game
Play as a young, red-haired folk musician as she explores a bleak world in search of inspiration. Unable to speak, she expresses herself through notes, chords, and melodies. Music is her weapon against insecurities manifesting as eerie fiends. Can she return color to this realm?
- Enigmatic narrative, alluring setting, and eclectic art-design
- Real-time musical duels that will make you learn, adapt, and rock to the rhythm
- Imaginative creature design influenced by ancient European legends
- Atmospheric soundtrack with strong folk motives
- Varied gameplay mechanics with light RPG elements, puzzles, platforming, combat, and exploration
Travel through fantastical landscapes, guided by your spirit animal. Discover new guitar chords to help you prevail in musical battles against bizarre creatures. These otherworldly beings symbolize various aspects of an artist’s block and the loss of a creative spark.
Your guitar is a living creature, your spirit animal. The Fox will lead the way and help you solve puzzles in small open-world environments. In battle, the guitar becomes your trusty weapon!
- Adjust to music
- Read the enemy
- Sequence your chords
- Attack with acquired guitar riffs
- Block with your shield
- And maintain the tempo
Victories bring color back to the surroundings and advance the plot, providing hints about the main character’s past.
All music is composed, arranged, and performed by Battlejuice, (“Low Life on the Highway” / “My Friend Pedro” DeadToast Entertainment, Devolver Digital)
