Contract killing is just another public service, licensed and regulated like any other trade in the Dospierro Republic, where all crime is legal. Welcome to the Hit Regulation Bureau, the state department of targeted terminations.
Review Each Request
As a Regulator, your job is simple on paper: review each kill contract, verify the dossier, and stamp APPROVED or DENIED. In practice, nothing is simple. Documents get forged. Stories don't line up. Every contract demands attention, suspicion, and judgment. You're the one who decides whether a killing gets the government's approval.
See Your Actions In The News
Every stamp you press has consequences. Deny a contract, and you might have saved an innocent life, or allowed someone dangerous to remain free. Approve one, and you might have prevented a catastrophe, or condemned someone who never deserved to die.
