Description
DEVELOPER NOTE: This title has been updated to Gloomy Clues: The Broken Mirror, a Remake Graphic Adventure rebuilt from the ground up. The original hidden object version, Gloomy Clues: Classic Edition 2024, has been moved to a DLC free for original owners to definitively resolve past technical issues.
⚠️ TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY: This remake is natively optimized for macOS and Linux, offering high performance and a lightweight footprint (approx. 250MB). Please note: due to legacy AppID limitations, Steam Achievements are currently not integrated in the macOS/Linux versions. We have prioritized gameplay stability and performance for this release.
🌐 ADDITIONAL LANGUAGES (BETA): While English and Spanish are natively developed and fully verified, localization for all other available languages is currently in an experimental Beta phase powered by advanced translation technologies. The game is fully playable from start to finish in these languages, and we are continuously refining the text based on player reports.

Step back into the shoes of a tormented detective in Gloomy Clues: The Broken Mirror, a complete reconstruction of the original mystery. Immerse yourself in a dark, rain-soaked city where every shadow hides a secret and every character has something to lose.
A renowned musician has been found dead under murky circumstances in the heart of the city. As you dive deeper, you will uncover a web of lies and desperation that threatens to swallow you whole, forcing you to face not only the city’s killers but also the shattered fragments of your own memory.
Instinct and Asphalt: Scour the city of Blackport for crucial evidence. From the decay of Saltmire to the neon glow of the Southlight jazz district, every location is a puzzle where you must combine objects with cold logic to unlock the truth.
High-Stakes Interrogations: Engage in tense conversations where silence speaks louder than words. Use empathy, aggression, or cold logic to break suspects in the elite halls of Greyledge or the dark corners of the city, but beware: every choice stains your morality.
Psychological Noir Narrative: The city’s darkness isn't your only enemy. Detective Wilder’s past is always lurking, especially within the haunting walls of St. Hope, pushing your psychological state to the limit in a world where nothing is as it seems.
The Weight of Justice: Will you deliver redemption, or will the case remain unsolved? Your moral compass and actions dictate the final resolution of this criminal tragedy across multiple endings.
This is not a simple coat of paint. It is a total reconstruction in a modern engine, addressing all past limitations to provide the definitive cinematic experience:
Redesigned Art Direction: A completely new visual identity with high-contrast lighting designed to fully immerse you in a moody, 1980s noir atmosphere.
Modernized Investigation UI: Track your progress with ease. A sleek, redesigned notebook system allows you to manage your clues and objectives intuitively, keeping you focused on the mystery.
Enhanced Sound & Music: Let the haunting, melancholic jazz and dark synth soundtrack wrap around you, featuring a fully remastered score and immersive environmental audio.
