Fight Manager is an in-depth, text-based sports management simulation developed by Panagaris Studios. In Fight Manager, you step into the role of a MMA promoter, taking complete control of a regional startup or a dominant global organization.
Total Booking Freedom: Schedule fights, create custom weight classes, set up tournament brackets, and manage championship titles across dynamic match cards.
Roster & Talent Management: Scout, sign, and negotiate contracts with thousands of fighters. Track their aging, skill progression, camp loyalties, weight cuts, and team rivalries.
Deep Fight Engine: Fights play out via detailed text commentary that factors in complex fighter attributes, styles (bjj, wrestling, striking, etc.), fight strategies, fatigue, damage, and referee calls.
Financial & Production Control: Manage broadcast deals, pay-per-view buys, ticket sales, drug testing policies, production values, and sponsor relationships.
Dynamic World & Universe: Compete against AI-controlled rival promotions that buy out talent, run competing events, and adapt to the changing market.
Extensive Modability: Features a robust built-in editor that allows players to customize real-world databases, logos, fighter stats, and historical eras.
