異世界・リーフィにある町――フェイトタウン。
突然この世界へ連れてこられた君は、
この町で 5日間のお試し生活 を送ることになる。
料理を作り、アクセサリーを贈り、
小さなお願いを叶えながら、
個性豊かな住民たちと少しずつ心を通わせていく日々。
交流できる住民は 54人。
価値観も距離感も異なる彼らとの出会いが、
君の選択と気持ちを揺さぶっていく。
そして5日後――
君は選ぶことになる。
元の世界「チキュー」へ戻るか、
それとも、この世界に残るか。
誰と過ごし、何を大切にしたのか。
そのすべてが、君だけの物語になる。
