About This Game
Evercoil starts with a familiar problem: eat an apple, grow a little, don't hit your tail. Then another snake cuts across your path, a volcano wakes up, and the way out is on the other side of your own body.
In this endless Snake survival game, growing gives you more room to explore and more ways to get yourself into trouble.
Eat to grow and open new zones of the arena. Slip through narrow gaps, take portals across the map and keep a way back open. Every segment you add makes the next turn a little harder.
Rival snakes share the arena. Some keep their distance, some defend their territory and some come straight for you. Cut off their escape and pin them against a wall with your body. A long snake can be someone else's problem too.
Chests hold powers you store until you need them. Slow time, phase through a wall or jump out of a bad spot. Obsidian lets you cross lava while it lasts. Unlock more powers between runs and decide which deserve a place in your limited inventory.
You'll need the help. Lava spreads, volcanoes lob fireballs, and rival snakes get faster and more dangerous the longer you survive.
Host a private match and race up to three friends online. Everyone starts small in one arena, with every power unlocked and nobody's upgrades. Shared food opens the arena wider, roaming snakes give growth to whoever traps them, and the first snake to reach length 50 wins. If nobody reaches length 50 within ten minutes, the longest snake wins. Empty slots fill with AI racers on Easy, Medium or Hard.
Keep the gold you earn and spend it on permanent upgrades between runs. Add health, carry more powers or open bigger arenas. Then go again, beat your best score and see how far you get this time.
There is no final wave. Keep eating, keep moving, and try to leave yourself a way out.
