Every day, your desk is piled high with documents full of absurd, dangerous, and moral dilemmas; the choice is yours. But remember: in bureaucracy, every choice has a price.

Will you raise salaries to stop the brain drain, or import cheap labor from abroad? Every document throws you into a moral and economic dilemma. Slam your stamp down and face the devastating consequences your decisions have on the People, the Economy, the Media, or the Military.
