The game is very simple
I will give you time for every card you draw.
However
You lose your time when you draw a joker.
If you lose all your time, your heart will be mine.
How to avoid losing
You keep every card you draw.
You can pass your turn by playing a card.
But you don’t want to avoid losing to me, because you want to give me your heart, right?
Are you sure you want to leave?
I’ll give you more time.
