Chat, Should We Head Over There?

You're the viewer, not the player. SIA, a rookie streamer with ten subscribers, boots up the hit game Backrooms Run for the views - scared, but doing it anyway. Coach her through chat; what she carries out alive makes her stronger. And earlier streamers' records say it's more than a game.

A rookie streamer with no followers just started Backrooms Run!

hi! i'm SIA, a nobody streamer with ten subscribers!
i booted up Backrooms Run, everyone says it's blowing up right now!! apparently it gets you followers fast!

……except now that it's on, i have no idea how any of this works. i'm scared T_T

All you can do is tell me what to do

tap a card, or just type it out. either works.
but you have to tell me. on my own i don't even know which way to go…

SIA freezes at the worst possible moment

i miss what you said, i walk the wrong way, and i freeze when it matters.

You only keep what you carry out alive

what i pick up is mine only if i make it out alive. if i die down there, one or two things survive in my bag.
my bag is small. when it stops fitting, i have to pick something to throw away.

You're raising a coward

i spend what i bring back on sanity, bag space, and speed.

Chat, should we head over there?

the floors are new every time. the door leading down has to be found.

Backrooms Run… i don't think it's just a game file.

chat, should we head over there?

you're the one who decides.

Before you buy

SIA's dialogue is generated live by an AI language model running on your own PC. It's optional - without it the whole game is playable with pre-written lines.
The game collects anonymous play statistics and your chat with SIA to fix what breaks. You can turn this off any time.
