Serve your customers
You are responsible to greet your customers, take their order, cook, serve, collect payment, clean, wash dishes, order inventory, build your menu, set prices and on and on... Sounds exhausting?IT IS!

Pay attention to details
Some details are obvious, bring a menu, take an order... Other are more nuanced, should you bring a fork or a knife, what about napkins? Some things are not told by the customer but will surly make their stay a more positive or negative experience, which will affect their tip and review..
Hire employees
Each employee has their personal attributes, happiness and stamina. They take breaks, make mistakes and sometimes don't show up for work. It's up to you to cover for them or find other solutions..
