About the Game
Descend into the enigmatic and liminal worlds of Backrooms Interception, discover the terrifying fates of engineers and scientists that once worked in these worlds. As you uncover more about your purpose there, you will be met with characters and choices that influence the outcome of your story.
This game doesn’t force you to follow a narrative; your choices, from dialogue to who you choose to kill, affect the outcome of your journey.
EXPLORATION
Backrooms Interception has a unique take on the backrooms concept, with a lot of fan favorite levels as well as our original ones that flow with the game's dark story and gameplay.
It's up to you to find any means necessary to survive…

ITEMS AND INVENTORY
This world isn't like ours; you will need to salvage equipment and tools that are left behind, your resources are extremely limited and you have to be strategic with your every move.
You need to Eat and Drink or else you risk fatigue and exhaustion
Your backpack can only carry so much, your luggage space is limited
Your weapons aren’t durable; you will need to repair them
Your magazines won’t load themselves, you do it manually
Will you manage to survive?
COMBAT
Your survival is at stake every second you spend inside backrooms, safe spaces are as rare as they can be, and you will need to rely on your skills in combat to survive even the smallest of threats as you navigate its levels. At your disposal, you will have a lot of choices… but so do they…
Cold Weapons such as Swords and Axes
Firearms that require bullets that are few and far between
Enigmatic and reality bending entities that don’t respect the rules of reality
Your fellow humans won’t hesitate to gun you down if you point your gun at them, they are as tense as you are at times
Don’t be discouraged by death, game only punishes not adapting…
Be aware and always keep your weapon ready...
AFFLICTIONS
Characters that you play are still human, they also suffer from injuries and illnesses. The Environments and Entities you face will test your character's resilience to its limits…
Status effects system that makes that expensive vest seem worth it when you get hit
Entities may poison you, infect you, make you hallucinate or even give you radiation poisoning there’s no limit in this world.
Keep your Hunger, Thirst, and Sanity intact or you may start Wrenching (turning into one of them….)
