About This Game
After a year-long hiatus, Origins reinvented the franchise as an action RPG set in Ptolemaic Egypt in 49 BCE. Players control Bayek of Siwa, the last Medjay, as he uncovers the origins of the Assassin Brotherhood. The game introduced a completely new combat system with hitbox-based fighting, a full loot system, level gating, and one of the most stunning open worlds ever created — from the pyramids of Giza to the streets of Alexandria.
