Weapons drawn, souls on the line
Namco's 3D weapons fighter began as Soul Edge in 1995 arcades and took its current name in 1998. Its fighters chase two legendary swords across a stylised 16th-century world.
One world. Many eras.
Soul Edge. Soul Edge reached Japanese arcades on the same hardware as Tekken. The expanded PlayStation port was sold as Soul Blade in the West after a trademark dispute.

A legacy worth revisiting
Project Soul built a fighter around steel, range and free movement across the ring. Ring-outs can end a round at any moment, and a story of cursed and holy swords ties a large cast together. Guests from Link to Darth Vader have stepped in along the way.
