Track it, fight it, wear it
Capcom's hunting series began on PS2 in 2004. Track huge beasts, carve them up and turn the spoils into better gear, alone or with friends, then do it all again against something bigger.
One world. Many eras.
The PS2 start. Capcom launched the series on PS2 in Japan in 2004, built on deliberate combat and hunting as a group. Monster Hunter 2 followed in 2006 and pushed the formula further.

Chapters

A legacy worth revisiting
Each hunt is one long fight against one enormous creature, won through patience, preparation and a weapon you have learned properly. Spin-offs range from the Stories RPGs to the Felyne-led Diary, but the loop of hunt, carve and craft sits at the heart of it all.
