"Futatsu Dake no Shinjitsu" ("The Only Two Truths") is the third and final game in the Nightruth series, this time starring the youngest of Shinya's classmates, Ai Himekawa. The story focuses on her previously unexplained powers of precognition and telekinesis. Gameplay is again similar to the visual novel-style adventure presentation of the previous entries, featuring voiced and illustrated story sequences which occasionally branch via player choice into multiple endings. However, rather than featuring stories about famous supernatural phenomena, the focus this time is strictly on the main characters and their own personal stories.

Hi-Hou-Oh is a board game in which the player (or player since the game feature up to 4 human players to play at the same time) takes the role of a treasure hunter that will take part on a treasure hunter's tournament in which they got to get as much money as they can at the end of each board game. The gameplay is about roll the dice and depending of the square that the player reach he can get items, treasures, earn or lose money. The player with more money at the end of the game wins. The game features 8 different characters to choose which one the player will use during the game. There are 7 different board to play in (like Atlantis, Pyramids, El Dorado, Babel, etc)

NIGHTRUTH: Explanation of the paranormal - "Maria" is a Sega Saturn visual novel developed by Sonnet Computer Entertainment and published by Varie. Released exclusively in Japan in December 1996, the game explores famous paranormal topics such as the Mary Celeste, and stars the titular protagonist from the earlier NIGHTRUTH: Explanation of the paranormal - #01 "Yami no Tobira", Maria. It was followed by a 1997 sequel NIGHTRUTH: Explanation of the paranormal - "Futatsu Dake no Shinjitsu".

Nightruth is a visual novel-style adventure game following the adventures of a team of high school students who use their supernatural abilities to to investigate paranormal events. The game plays out as standard for this type of game, consisting of voiced and illustrated story scenes with occasional player choices; these choices branch off via player choice into one of three different storylines, each of which has multiple possible endings. This PlayStation version of Nightruth includes the complete original game along with a new additional fourth scenario as well as two bonus discs: a "Making of" disc that includes production artwork and voice actor interviews, and a music CD containing the game's theme song.
