A pinball game published by Squaresoft for the Famicom Disk System. Moon Ball Magic is a pinball game released exclusively through the Famicom Disk System's "Disk Writer" service, where the player must write the game onto an existing FDS disk before playing it. As such, it has no box art and is difficult to find. It was published by Squaresoft through their DOG label, though it (and Akuu Senki Raijin, which was released on the same day) would be the last games ever published through that label - Square would focus on regular Famicom carts from then on. Moon Ball Magic begins with a fake-out, as dropping the ball in one of the nearby holes will begin an elaborate intro sequence which the player can control. Whatever score they earn will also carry over into the game proper once it begins. The game has eleven tables and the player can move to the next one by putting the pinball down a difficult-to-reach hole. Later levels provide more points, though are more difficult as well.

The player must solve 100 puzzles in the form of rooms that contain magnetized squares. The player assumes either a North or South magnet polarity as he or she collects all of the polarity orbs in each room before attempting to reach the exit. The polarity of the player affects how he or she interacts with the magnetized squares which can enable or hinder the player in his or her progress through the level.

Daisuke Kusano is the son of an archaeologist who disappeared while searching for the Tears of Isis, artifacts once owned by Cleopatra. During the man's excavation for the Tears, demons appeared and abducted him. The boy soon learns that he must find the Tears in order to save his father.

Hundreds of years have passed, the spirit of the long forgotten evil Emperor Ruu has returned. A hero claiming to be the descendant of the previous hero Raru appears in the town of Dorl, and sets on exploring a tower in order to defeat Ruu.

In the town of Dorl, peace was enjoyed. One day, monsters raided the town, stealing both the treasures and Princess Etna's soul. Despite the attempts of brave warriors to retrieve her soul, none have been successful.

A Famicom sci-fi adventure game developed by Squaresoft and released in 1986.
