Albion, with a wink
An action RPG series begun in 2004 by Big Blue Box and Lionhead Studios. Fable sets its fairy-tale kingdom of Albion against very British humour, with choices that reshape your hero and the world.

Unlock the full version of the Fable II Pub Games and you’ll get all three great pub games that will also be in Fable II! Each game has multiple variants, plus the ability to earn and transfer gold and unique items to your character in Fable II (assuming, of course, that you also have Fable II). Either way, you’ll also get access to minigames, leaderboards, achievements, and all the fun of these backroom games of chance!
Before you press start
Each main game has a new hero, but history carries over, so play them in order. Fable Anniversary is a remake of the original and the easiest way to start it. Fable II and Fable III follow. Spin-offs such as The Journey can wait.
More than the main path
Fable lets you grow into your choices: good deeds, cruel ones and plenty of silly ones all leave a mark. Each main game jumps forward through Albion's history, from swords to muskets to factories. After Lionhead closed in 2016, only a card game followed until Playground Games took on a reboot.

Fable 2 is the second game in the fable series by Lionhead Studios, it is an open world role-playing game. It has a simple story line where the hero needs to save Albion from the evil Lord Lucian by collecting together the other three heroes to defeat him. Interactive cut-scenes are a large part of the game however the main character never speaks and all dialogue is uncontrolled. The game features a large variety of game play and freedom, allowing a player to shape the world around and the characters appearance and moral standing based on decisions throughout the game. The player can also get married both same and opposite sex and bring up children to childhood but no farther, expressions are a lot more interactive with NPC's than before
