A legacy worth revisiting
Olympic Gold opened the licensed era in 1992, and tie-ins have followed the Games ever since. Sega has handled most of them since 2007, including the Mario & Sonic crossovers. Paris 2024 broke the habit, the first Summer Games in 30 years without a console game.
