Shanghai Dragon is a 3D rail shooter, similar to The House of the Dead or Virtua Cop. The action takes place in 1937 and the player takes the role of Jackie Hua. He is a member of the Chinese resistance, fighting against the Japanese occupation. The hero walks through the city without player input and the player only has to shoot enemies. Sometimes he has to save some civilians. They give him first aid kits, weapons and ammunition. He has seven types of weapons. The main weapon is a pistol with unlimited ammo.

Players choose a side in the famous Earp/Clanton feud and set about harvesting wood and mining silver to construct the buildings and hire the fighters needed to defeat the other. There are approximately 20 total scenarios (although all take place on the exact same map) with each side having access to the same six types of buildings and five types of units.

Inside a box with cereal, Agapito finds a voucher for a trip for two to an island in the Pacific Ocean, somewhere between Madagascar and the Antilles. He invites his friend Susan to accompany him, but he loses her on the airport, probably to a "tall blond fellow." He ends up in a cargo plane next to a nose picking gorilla. On the island he will stay in the Paradise Hotel as its only quest. Exploring of the island is done by foot, until he manages to repair an impressive sports car (a Deux Chevaux). From then on the player is able to explore the island and its beaches by using a map. Agapito's Crazy Adventure is a 3rd person, inventory based humorous adventure. There's no real quest, but only a series of situations that have to be solved. Only in the final stage of the game Agapito meets a new girlfriend and some tasks have to be completed before he can have diner with her.
