The game features a total of 24 characters from the series, both Eva units and Angels, from Neon Genesis Evangelion battling each other in an all-out royale. The game is a side-scrolling 2D fighting game with fully 3D rendered characters, backgrounds, and environments, similar in spirit to the Super Smash Bros. games.

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Shinji Ikari Raising Project (新世紀エヴァンゲリオン 碇シンジ育成計画 Shin Seiki Evangerion: Ikari Shinji Ikusei Keikaku) is a computer game based on the anime series Neon Genesis Evangelion. The player assumes control of Shinji Ikari, the protagonist and main character of the normal Neon Genesis Evangelion series, in the expanded alternate universe that was glimpsed upon for a few moments in the TV episode 26. Basically, the player decides Shinji's fate in how he lives his life. The story begins with the attack of the 3rd Angel, much like the anime. Different decisions and actions lead to various outcomes etc.

In Ayanami Raising Project, the player takes on the role of a NERV officer who has just been assigned to Tokyo-3. Upon meeting with Commander Gendo Ikari, he is charged with taking care of the First Child, the mysterious Evangelion pilot Rei Ayanami. It is up to the player to decide Ayanami's weekly schedule, balancing between education, duties at NERV, and leisure. The game spans approximately one year, and includes the events of the entire anime series, as well as the movie The End of Evangelion. In the "Asuka Supplementing Project" version released for PS2 and DS, the player can also unlock a new Asuka route.

Princess Maker Q is a quiz game from the Princess Maker franchise. Princess Maker Q was meant as a prologue to an early version of Princess Maker 4, however, when the creator of the Princess Maker franchise, Takami Akai, supposedly faced health issues the original concept of Princess Maker 4 was cancelled.

Neon Genesis Evangelion: Girlfriend of Steel, also known as Neon Genesis Evangelion: Iron Maiden, is a video game based on the Gainax anime/manga series Neon Genesis Evangelion, released officially only in Japan for the PlayStation, Sega Saturn, PlayStation 2, PSP, Windows (PC), and Macintosh. Götzendiener, made by the creators of Princess Maker, presents its own take on "rescue the princess" story: here, there is nobody who can rescue the princess but herself. Armed with the sword, the princess must explore the isometric dungeon, fighting enemies in real-time combat and solving environmental puzzles on the way. After defeating an evil demon, the player is in charge of raising a war orphan, Maria. There are 74 possible endings in which the daughter can grow up to work anything from a humble job such as a soldier or a mason, to a prestigious job such as Archbishop or Prime Minister, to a "dark side" job such as prostitute or crime lord. In addition, numerous factors decide whether or not the daughter is successful at her job, whom she marries, and whether she has children of her own.
